Bookings

• Event dates are not secured until a confirmation email is received.

• A deposit may be required for certain performances.

• Final payment terms will be confirmed during booking.
   

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or change your date, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event.
   

Liability

While every performance is conducted safely and professionally, Diamond Dave Magic is not responsible for accidental damage or injury beyond reasonable control.
 

Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and content on this website belong to Diamond Dave Magic and may not be reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
