Refund Policy
Our goal is to make every experience magical. If you need to cancel or adjust your booking, we handle refunds fairly and case-by-case.
Deposits
Deposits (if required) secure your event date and are non-refundable once the date is confirmed, unless the event must be canceled due to circumstances beyond either party’s control.
Cancellations

More than 14 days before the event: full refund of any additional payments.

Within 14 days: 50% refund of the total fee (excluding deposit).

Within 48 hours: no refund, but rescheduling may be available.
Show Guarantee
If Diamond Dave Magic must cancel due to illness or emergency, all payments will be refunded in full or the event rescheduled.
